Stan felt frustrated. He had been eating a low fat, whole food, plant-based diet for years to treat a heart condition, yet suffered with chronic belly gas, bloating, and excess weight. After working with me, he went from experiencing daily gas and bloating to having none at all! Evelyn was diagnosed with metastatic melanoma seven years ago. With our help she went on a strict whole-food, plant-based diet for 90 days. At her oncology appointment, her doctor noticed that her tumor was flattening out. She started the recommended therapy, but couldn’t tolerate it, and stopped all treatments expecting she would die. Evelyn continued to eat a predominately whole food, plant-based diet, and lived well with her cancer for the next six years as her lesions (mostly in the bone) came and went.
