Meet Carrie

Carrie Viens is an integrative nutrition health coach who helps clients resolve persistent digestive issues, chronic health conditions, or who are eager to embrace a whole food, plant-based or plant-predominant diet.

After spending nearly a decade recovering her own health and helping others do the same, Carrie knows how to get to the root causes of digestive issues, balance blood sugar, overcome emotional eating, and thrive on a whole food, plant-based diet. She coaches clients as they learn to optimize nutrition and prepare delicious, nourishing meals that meet their specific needs while saving time and money in the kitchen. The results? Relief from distressing gas, bloating, constipation and diarrhea; balanced blood sugar, weight loss or gain (depending on the goal); increased energy; clearer thinking; and more restful sleep.

Carrie earned a Masters degree in Adult Education and is certified by the National Board for Health and Wellness Coaching, the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and the Food Revolution Network.

Outside of her love for coaching others to achieve vibrant health, Carrie enjoys hiking and cross-country skiing with her family, watching her husband grow vegetables and herbs, making plant-based remedies to stock her herbal apothecary, exploring new recipes in the kitchen, and working with her dog, Pip.
